In order to confirm your reservation, all transportation must be paid for in full.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time are non-refundable.
Cancellations that have been successfully approved will receive a full refund minus the transaction fees that the payment processor charged upon the purchase of the service.
